How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 10–20 days to the contiguous US, with tracking. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
Where do orders ship from?
Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which are mostly overseas. You receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll work out the right solution with you.
